When you order an item online, there’s always a chance it might not fit. Chat with our stylists before ordering to ensure your items will fit with your specific measurements. If your rental does not fit, please email us at [email protected] WITHIN 12 hours of RECEIVING your item. From this, we will provide you with two options:

- Option 1: We’ll help you find another dress
- If you are based in Toronto or the GTA, we might be able to hand-deliver another dress within 24 hours to ensure it arrives in time for your event. If you are outside of this zone, we will ship you a replacement dress.
- If the new style you select is more expensive, you will be charged the difference in price. If the new style is less expensive, you will be given a refund for the difference in price.
- Option 2: Refund up to 50%
- We’re happy to give you a refund of up to 50% if none of the pieces in your order fit. We have support put in place to avoid these cases such as our Stylists' Chat, Size Guide and measurement breakdown on each product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
To return your product, you will always be provided a mailing label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
