When you order an item online, there’s always a chance it might not fit. Chat with our stylists before ordering to ensure your items will fit with your specific measurements. If your rental does not fit, please email us at [email protected] WITHIN 12 hours of RECEIVING your item.
Delivery
We are able to ship anywhere in Canada through one of our shipping partners. Simply choose your shipping option at checkout.
Return
Returning your rental item is very simple and free. We take care of dry-cleaning! All you have to do is simply place your item in the pre-paid garment bag provided by REHEART, and drop it off at your nearest Post Office or Penguin Pickup locations
Late returns
In the unlikely event that you returned your rental item back late, you will incur late fees. If your rental period ends on a public holiday, no worries! You gain an extra free day but please return the item back to us the next business day.
Included in the price is our REHEART Insurance Coverage that protects you from stains and minor damages. So relax, enjoy, and Own the Moment!
