Delivery
We are able to ship anywhere in Canada through one of our shipping partners. Simply choose your shipping option at checkout.
Return
Returning your rental item is very simple and free. We take care of dry-cleaning! All you have to do is simply place your item in the pre-paid garment bag provided by REHEART, and drop it off at your nearest Post Office or Penguin Pickup locations
Late returns
In the unlikely event that you returned your rental item back late, you will incur late fees. If your rental period ends on a public holiday, no worries! You gain an extra free day but please return the item back to us the next business day.
Included in the price is our REHEART Insurance Coverage that protects you from stains and minor damages. So relax, enjoy, and Own the Moment!
I don’t really write a review often but I had to leave my honest opinion. I booked a photo shoot for my birthday and I wanted to be a princess :) Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the dress that I envisioned. I started to panic as I only had three days left for my shoot. I started to search online to see if there was a rental company thankfully, found Reheart. Maria was amazing. I simply sent her a quick email with the detail of my event and my measurement info and she sent me some great options for such a great price. She was very thoughtful for sending me a backup dress in case the one that I rented didn’t fit. Felt like a princess in the dress! Will definitely be using this service again soon.
